We grabbed some colorful macarons at the corner boulangerie and headed down Rue Vavin to the Luxembourg Gardens. It was a beautiful summer afternoon and we quickly found a seat next the the bocce ball courts to enjoy our little treats. I can’t tell you which color was my favorite, each one was incredible. I can’t show you them either because it wasn’t until I put the last bite in my mouth that I realized I should have taken a picture.
So when we finally got up to explore more of the Gardens I made sure my camera was ready to go. My favorite images though were actually taken when we returned the next day. It was drizzling this time, but the Gardens still made for a beautiful, colorful surprise in the middle of Paris.
